Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–4 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed via PayPal will be dispatched once payment has fully cleared into our account.

UK Delivery Only We currently ship to UK addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail.

Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Track your parcel at royalmail.com. If you haven't received tracking within 5 working days of your order confirmation, please contact us at info@debsline.co.

Pre-Orders Some products are available to order before they arrive in stock and will be clearly marked as "Pre-Order" on the listing.

• Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering
• Estimated dispatch date is shown on the product listing
• Pre-order items ship separately from in-stock items at no extra charge
• You will be notified by email if your estimated dispatch date changes
• Pre-orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund — email info@debsline.co with subject: "Pre-Order Cancellation"

Delays & Lost Parcels Debsline.co is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control. If your parcel shows no tracking movement for 10+ working days, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
