Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@debsline.co. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make changes, but you may return items according to our returns policy.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, all products arrive beautifully packaged in premium presentation suitable for gifting.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the UK and are expanding to the US and EU markets. International shipping options will be available soon.

How long does delivery take?

UK standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Express options are available at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed during checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
